As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred installer, VK Roofing is proud to offer the industry’s most comprehensive extended warranty option. This includes 50 Years of “non-prorated” coverage for material defects and a lifetime coverage (as long as the owner owns the home, prorated after 25 years) workmanship protection. Please inquire for full details and requirements.
For other products, we offer a 10-year guarantee against our workmanship. If a problem occurs which is a result of the work we have done, we will repair it at no cost to you.
This warranty is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s warranty and excludes the following:
- Wind damage resulting from winds over the rating indicated by the manufacturer’s warranty
- Animal Damage
- Skylights/Vents not replaced during installation
- Ice Damming
This warranty is void if the roofing materials are later altered by any subsequent services or repairs not completed by VK Roofing.
